Positive: The staff was excellent. They were very helpful and positive. The interior is pretty nice. The rooms are big. The luna and the cipura restaurants are a must try. The food in Both restaurants were very good and how it was supposed to be at the main restaurant.
Negative: Cleanliness: The cleaning is definitely something that needs loads of improvement. Swimming: The pool was small, to my surprise, compared to the size of the hotel.The beach is clean and nice. But the sea was wavy and somedays a bit dirty for aegean standards (we visited in the first week of september). There was aqua-aerobics and water polo every day. The same exact entertainment. Especially for the aerobics, it can vary from day to day. It's not that hard. The watersports and the spa services are not really "all inclusive". I would have expected to have more quality entertainment. Food: The food in the restaurant was very much below average. It is very sad to see this as there are many tourists coming to stay and this is the worst way to introduce Turkish cuisine. The only good food was consistently the Pide. There was a seafood evening once and I can tell you all of it was really really bad. But as I said, the food in general is really bad. Definitely needs a radical change. The burger shack was, I guess, okay. The patty was nice. But there was definitely no sauce. The meat was way too thin, lack of sauce and thick burger buns made it very dry. They need to thicken the meat and add some sauce.

Positive: Everything was easily accessible, the staff was cooperative and extremely nice, apart from some stains on our bedding and bathrobes the whole place was really clean. My fiance was planning for a proposal behind my back and Gizem from guest relations was extremely helpful to him beforehand and she made sure we enjoyed our stay throughout the whole week. The housekeeping was friendly, she made us an amazing room decoration out of the bedding and towels, alongside with flower petals. We liked most of the waiters, they were extremely nice and went out of their way to make us comfortable and make sure that we have everything we want, especially Abdullah, Hamza and Ahmet who worked by the pool bar.❤️ The rooms are nicely isolated and soundproofed, even with the events outside we could barely hear anything, and from the other rooms we heard nothing at all. The animation team was really nice and energetic as well. Managers and staff were always smiling and happy to help, we never experienced this level of kindness and hospitality at a hotel before. The a la carte dinners were nice, we especially liked the Turkish one on the rooftop. Thanks to Gizem who gave us an extra a la carte option for our proposal night we were able to try both restaurants.
Negative: We wish the events were more marketed, apart from the one sign by the pool you don't really know what will be on that night. We also wished the variety of the events were a little wider, but it was amazing that they had something for the kids and then something for the adults everyday. Apart from Ahmet and the manager the pool bar staff was the least friendly and sometimes we felt bad for asking for something because of how they looked at us.
Summary: Our stay was lovely and exceeded our expectations and we are already planning on going back for our anniversary.

Positive: Stayed in the Junior Suite on the Annex - very spacious room with breathtaking views. The food options were good, also loved the pastry bar. The resort is big but not too crowded.
